Hotline Miami Head Base (Bald/Henchman)

Here it is guys, the first base of Hotline Miami in like, forever! I used The Henchman's base as a template, and recreated the sprite painstakingly in Microsoft Paint, and uploaded it here for you guys to edit it and make facial sprites for your characters and stuff! Btw, the base here is absolutely free to use, just promise to link it back to me via comments whenyou're done using it. I recommend editing this thing in MS Paint.
