Cold Hearted Fellow (Wonder Woman)

Another redesign of a DC Comics villain for my Wonder Woman AU? I don't see why not. Where is one of the Amazon Princess' more underrated opponents from the Golden Age of Comics, the cross-dressing mad scientist Byrna Brilyant AKA: The Blue Snowman!

From the time of her birth, 10-year old science prodigy Byrna Brilyant wanted to show her genius to the world. She would be famous now if not for one problem: she was born a woman. Her scientific contributions at class were either ignored, sabotaged or attributed to someone else. Things were getting so bad, that her father, another well-meaning and respectable scientist, mysteriously disappeared while working on his invention of "Blue Snow", that would be distributed via a "Telescopic Snow Ray" for a vague purpose.

Thinking to use her father's work for a more profitable way of life, and get even on the world that had ignored her for so long, Byrna creates a bulky, powerful, virtually impenetrable exo-suit and manufactures the masculine identity of "The Blue Snowman" to terrify, freeze and attack people, and had recently unleashed the petrifying power of Blue Snow upon the farming community of Fair Weather Valley, demanding each farmer's "life savings" in return for the chemical antidote that will free crops, livestock, and people from the snow's effects. 

It was no surprise that The Blue Snowman would come into conflict with Wonder Girl, given enough time, and would attain the publicity she desired, were it not for Diana cracking jokes at "his" frozen excellency's expense!
